Pure IP, panel-free, technology is better
When ISONAS reader/controllers are connected to your network and communicating with Pure Access, your internal authorized security personnel control the system that manages door access from a PC, or any mobile device.
Once your access control system is customized, the software instructs the reader/controller on what to do, and the reader/controller processes all of the commands. This means that access parameters can be changed and maintained by an authorized user from anywhere at any time.
And that means no more high-maintenance control panels! An ISONAS reader/controller offers a state-of-the-art security solution–one that automatically switches from network mode to stand-alone mode should the network become unavailable for any reason without needing to communicate to the management software.
ISONAS IP readers communicate on the network using an industry-standard TCP/IP protocol. Because they behave like other IP network devices, they are compatible with what is already connected and running on the network. The reader connects to any Ethernet network with a standard RJ45 connector.
The new RC-04, adds Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) capability, for use with the free Isonas smartphone credential, and it delivers an entirely revamped aesthetic and forward functionality that increases flexibility for the customer in how and where their access control is installed.
The RC-04 can be powered by PoE with enough left over to power the lock strike. This saves you time and money by eliminating extra cabling and costly electrical expenses.
All RC-04 PRX model readers are HID-enabled and can read a variety of HID standard 125 kHz cards.
The RC-04 MCT MultiCard Readers are compatible with 13.56 MHz (ISO 14443 A & B) smart cards, including MiFare, iClass and PIV.

March 9, 2017 – Isonas Announces End of Life for DBCrystal and EasyWeb 2015
This is a big deal!! The upgrade path is to the new Isonas Pure Access platform, either cloud based or premise based. If you still have legacy readers in your access control environment, you should plan on replacing them. The PRC, RC01, and RC02 are not supported in Pure Access; you will not be able to manage doors with these types of readers.
